Learning Ballroom and Latin American dancing is not only fun, it gets you fit and allows you to meet people but is a great escape from the stresses of everyday.

Who doesn’t like tapping their feet to a good beat? Not only is dancing fun but, says recent research, is actually improves our brain function – as we learn dance steps, we’re actively engaging our mental faculties. But that’s not all! Dancing also:

  • Gives us a chance to make new friends, since it’s a social activity.
